Clients > Commonwealth Insurance Company
Project Overview
The Commonwealth Insurance Company had the requirement
to automate their existing claims management business process. This was
a long running business process with various people involved to accept,
reject or escalate claims. It was decided to use K2.NET as the workflow
was long running and involved a lot of human participation.
InfoPath was used to capture claim details. The
InfoPath form was passed to a K2.NET process where the workflow would
then commence.
