Simply Effective provided development work and training for a project for British Petroleum's front-office
oil trading systems in London, Singapore and the USA.
Project Details
- Development of a multi-threaded, real-time, client-server application that utilized a FAME database to store and
retrieve time-series data.
- Design, coding and testing an event driven sender and receiver, extensively utilizing the API components of a
real-time financial trading system.
- Installation and configuration of the project at the BP offices in London and Singapore. At these locations Simply
Effective provided full training to the clients.
